Hi everyone !
I want to share my success with you on my diet.
Since I dont have a blog I want to share my experience in the world of diets.
I have been on several diets including weight watchers, nutri-system, slim fast, richard simmons, grapefruit, Adkins, throughout my lifetime and recently discovered a diet called Ideal Protein.
I started it but quickly quit as I was tired of paying 30.00 for 7 packets of a drink mix or food mix.
I have a dear friend that sells the Ideal Protein and she told me to use ???
instead of the IP (Ideal Protein) packets.
I started my version of the diet in Jan 2011 and as of today have lost 52 pounds.
I have followed the Ideal Protein Plan for a month and just could not stick to using it
as I was tired on unlimited lettuce and veggies like all diets, no sugars and no starches.
Nothing new in this diet except the drink/food packets. But every diet is different on every person.
What works for me might not work for you and visa versa.
