Calming Sage Massage Blend
5 drops clary sage essential oil
5 drops basil essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops geranium essential oil
2 tablespoons carrier oil (such as sweet almond)
Combine the essential oils with the carrier oil in a small bottle. Cap bottle and swirl to blend before each use.
 
 
 
Blend for Achy Muscles
20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
20 drops lavender essential oil
20 drops rosewood essential oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
5 drops wintergreen essential oil
3 oz. sweet almond oil
Add not more than 36 drops of this blend to three ounces of sweet almond oil.
Shake briefly and massage a small amount into tired, achy muscles and joints.
 
 
 
Aphrodite's Blend
2 drops neroli essential oil
3 drops rose absolute essential oil
3 drops jasmine absolute essential oil
4 drops ylang ylang essential oil
3 drops sandalwood essential oil
1/2 ounce jojoba oil or 1 ounce alcohol
Blend essential oils and absolute together. For perfume, add to jojoba oil.
To spritz sheets, hair or clothes, add mixture to one ounce of alcohol instead of jojoba oil and place in atomizer
 
 
 
Venus Massage Oil
1 ounce sweet almond oil
3/4 ounce apricot oil
1/8 ounce wheat germ oil
5 drops jasmine absolute essential oil
5 drops rose absolute essential oil
10 drops sandalwood essential oil
5 drops bergamot essential oil
6 drops clary sage essential oil
Make a base by combining the almond, apricot and wheat germ oils.
Swirl the essential oils and absolutes together, then add to the base blend.

 

 

 

Workout Massage
Combine:
4 tablespoons of sweet almond, grapeseed or jojoba oil (or a combination)
13 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
 
 
 
Lover's Massage
5 drops sandalwood essential oil
4 drops rose essential oil
1 drop ylang ylang essential oil
1 drop patchouli or vetiver essential oil
Sweet almond of grapeseed oil

Aromatherapy Facial Skin Care
Directions: Cleanse face thoroughly and freshen with floral water. Gently massage facial blend into face
and neck.

12 drops Orange in Jojoba

For Dry Skin
6 drops Sandalwood

1 drop Carrot Seed

For Oily Skin
6 drops Lavender

2 drops Clary Sage
1 drop Juniper
1 ounce aloe vera juice
Shake well before each application
 
 
For Mature Skin
4 drops Lavender
2 drops Orange Blossom
2 drops Rose
2 drops Frankincense
1 ounce Carrier Oil Base
 
 
For Sensitive Skin
3 drops Camomile Roman
2 drops Orange Blossom
2 drops Rose
1 ounce Carrier Oil Base
 
 
For Blemished Skin
5 drops Lavender
3 drops Camomile Roman
3 drops Tea Tree
1 drop Sandalwood
2 ounces aloe vera juice
Shake well before each application
 
 
 
Spot Blemish Treatment
8 drops Lavender
4 drops Camomile Roman
2 drops Tea Tree
1 drop Juniper
1 drop Geranium
1 ounce aloe vera juice
Shake well before each application.
Apply with a clean cotton swab directly on blemish. This is a strong dilution.

Inhalation Recipes
A quick and easy way to enjoy a special fragrance is to place a few drops of Essential Oil
on a hankerchief, cotton ball or corner of a pillowcase before bed.
 
 
Steam Inhalation
Boil 2 to 4 cups of water, cool for 1 minute and add 8 ddrops of Sandalwood or 4 drops of Eucalyptus.
Tent your head with a towel and, keeping eyes closed, inhale for 1 to 3 minutes
 
 
Traveler's Oils
Add 2 drops of your favorite Essential Oil to some cotton balls, then place them in a resealable plastic bag.
Use Lavender to keep cool and calm in traffic jams, Basil to stay alert, or Peppermint to calm a troubled tummy.
 
Massage Oil Blend
10 drops rose essential oil
2 drops ylang ylang essential oil
8 drops lemon essential oil
10 drops palmrosa essential oil
Mix the ingredients and add two tablespoons of any of our carrier oils. Enjoy!
 
Temple Massage Blend:
3 drops bergamot essential oil
3 drops clary sage essential oil
1 tablespoon sweet almond or grapeseed oil
Place one or two drops of the mixture on your fingertips and gently massage your temples.
Close your eyes as the warm, sweet aroma of the blend penetrates, unleashing your creativity
 
 
 
 
A Natural Bug Repellent
For those who don't care for the smell of citronella, add the following blend of oils to two ounces of carrier oil and apply liberally to the skin. However, avoid contact with the eyes.
8 drops cedar essential oil
5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops sweet orange essential oil
2 drops lemon essential oil
1 drop peppermint essential oil
1 drop cinnamon essential oil
1 drop clove essential oil
 
 
Marathon Massage
1/2 ounce jojoba oil
1/2 ounce soybean oil
1 capsule liquid Vitamin E
10 drops black pepper essential oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
5 drops marjoram essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
Blend first three ingredients (vegetable carrier oils) in a small bottle. Add essential oils.
Cap bottle and swirl to blend before each use.
 
 
Bath Recipes
Use on of the recipes below (or make your own blend) by adding drops of
Essential Oils to your bath water while it is filling.
 
Before Bed Bath
