RETURN POLICY
Items that qualify for returning are:
If item(s) are not what described or pictured...
Broken or damaged if insured.
Insurance is available.
NO returns - if you order
Large and wanted Mini
or
want Mini and ordered Large.
Please remember
M is Mini or Small
and
R is Regular or Large
Please read descriptions to insure that you are getting the size you
want MINI or REGULAR
No refunds or exchanges will be given if you get the wrong size or style.
The reason for such a return policy is the expense of shipping back and forth
When you return something it costs you three times - once to receive
original order, once to return the item to me and a third time to return the item
back to you. You will be billed before item is sent back with the exchange.
And since our items are very low in cost as I do this for a hobby
more than a business I do not have alot of profit as they are
just above my cost so I can keep stock on hand for myself.
Items must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving.
We track the receiving
by the USPS tracking code on your order. It shows arrival date and time.
Then you must notify us about problem at this time
and you have 3 days to return after contacting us.
You must use a shipping service that provides
a tracking number and email me prior to returning with tracking number.
You will be responsible for shipping fees to us and back to you
so you will be billed for shipping prior to returning to you.
We also maybe able to help solve your problem
so you don't have the expense of returning.
