If you are having "Wick Trouble" check out the Wick Tips.
All Wick Stones eventually wear out and need to be replaced.
Most Fragrance Lamps use the Regular Size Wicks (18mm),
they have a top hole about 1/2 inch in diameter.
The Small Size Wicks (13mm) fit the Mini-Lampes
that have a top hole about 3/8 inch in diameter.
Some information we have gathered about the different types of wicks.
The Center Hole Style Wicks have a small round hole in the center of the burner. They consume about 3/4 ounce of lampe oil per hour, but do have a tendency to produce "white smoke".
The Flat Center Solid Style Wicks which consumes 30% less fragrance lampe oil with good fragrance output, a low tendency to "smoke" and good wick life.
The 2 piece Double Stone Style. Our customers report the 2-Piece Wick seems to last better and require less cleaning than the other styles of wick stones.
The newest style System C3 metal type wick, we do not carry at this time because they are so expensive
and our website is about saving money and making lamps yourself. Some are not liking them
as they do not last any longer than the regular type wick but the price is so much more.
